Jörg Wieland, Chairman and Founder

Jörg is a serial entrepreneur in the semiconductor industry. His twenty years of experience as Chairman, CEO and General Manager includes high-tech business administration for sustainable and profitable operation, product engineering, long term customer relationships in America and Asia, contract manufacturing in China, establishment of ISO quality management systems, as well as leading multiple M&A transactions.
Prior to starting his businesses, Jörg was a research associate and project leader at the ETH Zürich, contributing to pioneer industrial projects on optical interconnects, and lecturing in European continued education programs. He holds a Diploma in Electronic Engineering (cum laude) and Doctor of Technical Sciences degrees, both from the ETH Zürich.

Martin Bossard, CEO and Founder

Martin has over 20 years experience in the development of Integrated Circuits (IC), mixed signal electronics and electro-optical integration. He joined the broadband communication industry in its very early stages and has led design teams responsible for many product designs very well-accepted by the market. As General Manager, he was also responsible for G&A and operations tasks such as, for example, restructuring the ISO quality management.
Martin is the author of several patents and inventor of a broad portfolio of circuits enabling high-speed and ultra low power data transmission. He holds a Diploma in Electronic Engineering from the ETH Zürich.

Denis Müller, Product Manager

Denis has a 5+ year track record of success in International Business, Project Management and Sales within the UPS Industry and has proven capability in delivering high quality and reliable solutions. He has held several positions in which he was responsible for global Project Portfolio Management including resource planning/staffing and project controlling for different sites on the globe.
Additionally, Denis has 5+ years experience in Mixed Signal Integrated Circuits (IC) development, electro-optical integration, as well as setting up and optimizing supply chains for mixed signal ASICS. He holds a Diploma in Electronic Engineering from the ETH Zürich.
